Made from a grape selection: Sangiovese 80%, Merlot 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%. The limited production gives this wine an important and elegant structure so it can be aged for a long period. It is matured in wooden barrels for 15 months then in bottles for 5. A very special wine suitable with red meat, game and mature cheeses.
